Role Description The Senior Fire Alarm Sales & Support Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading sales activities and providing advanced technical and customer support for fire alarm products and solutions. This role includes managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, preparing quotes and proposals, and guiding customers through product selection and system configuration. Day-to-day activities involve coordinating sales operations, monitoring pipeline and performance metrics, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service quality. The manager will collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and fulfillment, and provide training or guidance to sales and support staff as needed. This position also involves staying current with fire alarm technologies, industry standards, and regulations to advise customers accurately and support long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and account strategies. Advanced Customer Service and Communication skills to support clients, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, evaluating opportunities, and improving sales and support processes. Knowledge of fire alarm systems, life safety codes, and related industry standards (e.g., NFPA, local regulations) is highly beneficial. Experience in technical sales or solutions-based selling within building systems, low-voltage, or safety equipment sectors preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
