Senior Brand Manager

Leading brand strategy initiatives, the full-time Senior Brand Manager will define the company's brand positioning and promise, manage foundational workstreams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand influence in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the Brand Playbook and content strategy, adapting to market changes Identify opportunities for brand-driven business growth and create strategic briefs for creative partners Conduct brand insights work, including audience analysis and competitive tracking, to inform actionable strategies Required qualifications 6-8+ years of brand marketing experience with a focus on brand strategy and messaging Proven experience in defining and implementing brand strategies, including positioning frameworks and messaging architecture Strong background in brand health measurement and translating findings into strategic actions Experience in creative brief writing and collaboration with creative teams to develop impactful campaigns Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders beyond marketing
