Job Description
- Definir e implementar a estratégia corporativa da companhia
- Garantir alta performance operacional, com foco em produtividade, qualidade e eficiência
- Evoluir a governança e fortalecer práticas de gestão e tomada de decisão
- Liderar processos de transformação e modernização organizacional
- Impulsionar o crescimento, incluindo expansão de mercado e desenvolvimento de novas frentes de negócio
- Assegurar disciplina financeira e geração consistente de resultados
- Desenvolver e fortalecer o time executivo
- Conduzir a evolução cultural da organização, alinhando pessoas, processos e estratégia
The Successful Applicant
- Experiência consolidada como CEO, Diretor Geral ou executivo C-level em ambientes industriais complexos
- Forte vivência em operações de grande escala e alta exigência operacional
- Histórico comprovado de transformação organizacional, ganhos de eficiência e evolução de modelos de gestão
- Experiência em contextos de governança estruturada e/ou empresas de controle familiar (diferencial)
- Visão estratégica combinada com elevada capacidade de execução
- Perfil de liderança robusto, com forte habilidade de influência, desenvolvimento de times e gestão de stakeholders
- Disponibilidade para atuação presencial fora dos grandes centros urbanos
