About Our Client
Grupo empresarial de grande relevância no setor de turismo, entretenimento e hospitalidade.
Job Description
- Liderar o planejamento estratégico e conduzir iniciativas de expansão, novos empreendimentos e oportunidades de diversificação.
- Antecipar tendências do setor de turismo, hospitalidade e entretenimento, orientando decisões de médio e longo prazo.
- Evoluir e fortalecer o modelo de governança, garantindo processos decisórios robustos, transparência e gestão de riscos.
- Manter relação próxima e estratégica com acionistas e conselhos.
- Assegurar performance de alto nível em operações de parque e hotelaria, com foco em eficiência, padronização e qualidade.
- Integrar as diferentes unidades e verticais para maximizar sinergias operacionais e recorrência de receita.
- Gerir o P&L da organização, garantindo sustentabilidade financeira e maximização do retorno aos acionistas.
- Estabelecer metas, KPIs e rotinas de acompanhamento para todas as operações.
- Desenvolver e engajar times multidisciplinares, fortalecendo cultura de inovação, colaboração e excelência.
- Atuar como principal representante da empresa perante parceiros, investidores, entidades do setor e demais stakeholders estratégicos.
- Contribuir para o fortalecimento da marca e posicionamento institucional.
The Successful Applicant
- Experiência sólida em posições executivas de alta liderança (CEO, COO, Diretor(a) Geral);
- Atuação em operações complexas nos setores de hospitalidade, parques temáticos, turismo, entretenimento ou ativos imobiliários integrados;
- Gestão comprovada de P&L, eficiência operacional e expansão de negócios;
- Relacionamento com múltiplos stakeholders (investidores, órgãos públicos, parceiros etc.).
