Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both standard and complex clinical lab tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and various other domains-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and tidy workspace while following regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• You are required to maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
