Step into a rewarding school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role supporting PreK through 5th grade students in a vibrant elementary setting. There are two current openings, each offering an engaging caseload: one with approximately 40 students and another with about 50 students, providing the chance to tailor interventions to diverse needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Georgia SLP license (or eligibility)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CF accepted
• Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, assessment tools, and therapeutic strategies
• Teletherapy experience a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for PreK-5th grade caseloads
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, document student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both group and individual—tailored to student goals
• Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor outcomes
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students
