Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational environment. Both onsite and teletherapy roles are available, offering flexibility to match your expertise and preferences. The assignment begins July 28, 2026 and concludes May 27, 2027, with options for full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time schedules. Openings are available at elementary, middle, and high school levels, allowing you to make a difference with students across all age groups.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia
- Experience working as an SLP in schools or healthcare settings
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery, if applicable
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed and supported
- Strong pediatric background preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students requiring speech and language services
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals
- Provide direct therapy, both onsite and through teletherapy, depending on the assignment
- Maintain detailed documentation of progress and ensure compliance with all state and school regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
