We’re bringing two concepts together under one roof in West Ashley— Angel Biscuit Co. by day and Emily Pizza by night .

Mornings are all about scratch-made biscuits, seriously good bagels, and breakfast worth getting out of bed for. By night, we switch gears to handcrafted pizza and a laid-back neighborhood atmosphere built around great food and hospitality.

We’re looking for Line Cooks to join our kitchen team who care about the food they put out, take pride in their work, and know how to move when things get busy. Whether you’re working breakfast, pizza, or somewhere in between, you’ll play an important role in making sure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Line Cook, you’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly while preparing and cooking food with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.

You’ll:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Work a variety of kitchen stations, which may include grill, sauté, salad, pizza topping, breakfast, prep, and more.
• Complete daily prep and keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Make sure every plate is accurate, consistent, and presented the way it should be.
• Properly set up, maintain, and break down your workstation before, during, and after service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, temperature-control, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Properly label, date, rotate, store, and handle food while helping minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and properly care for kitchen tools and equipment.
• Communicate with the kitchen team and jump in to support other stations when needed.
• Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Assist with additional back-of-house responsibilities, including prep and dish, as needed.
• Stay focused, organized, and ready to move during high-volume service.

• Have previous line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience; scratch-kitchen, breakfast, or pizza experience is a plus.
• Take cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety seriously.
• Are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Can perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing for extended periods and safely performing the physical tasks associated with restaurant kitchen work.
