Associate Project Manager

Project ManagerMust haves: Ability to engage with various groups to discuss needs and gather preliminary/final requirements. MS Office Suite is mandatory / Preference for experience using Program Management software (Wrike/Jira).We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team of creatives, developers, and communications/content specialists.In this role, you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and seamlessly.This role involves both internal communications within the department as well as client-facing communications, so the project manager must be good at communication and building relationships.Responsibilities:Project management of digital, creative, PR, and marketing projectsWork closely with cross-functional teams to help determine project scope, update/manage timelines, maintain project documentation, facilitate team working sessions, help to identify and resolve project blockers, and communicate between project leadership and clients to ensure project stays on track and delivered on time.Track progress on projects, and report directly to clients and/or internal team members on performance and timeline of deliverablesMaintain relationships with Project Management peers to align on cross-program/project interdependenciesWork closely with cross-functional teams (development, UX/UI, design, analytics, strategy) to help support project scope development, update/manage timelinesMaintain project documentation, facilitate team working sessionsHelp to identify and resolve project blockers, and communicate between project leadership and clients to ensure project stays on track.
