Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Critical Care

SCHEDULE
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
- EPIC experience: Required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide patient care in a safe and caring environment.
- Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to patients' health or situations, developing care plans and implementing interventions.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide learning opportunities for patients and team members.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Orientation and training requirements will be provided at the start of the assignment.
- Holiday RTO will not be approved.
