Account Development Manager

To support a growing healthcare intelligence organization, the full-time Account Development Manager will focus on increasing market awareness and sales by managing client relationships, generating new Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and collaborating with the business development team, with a preference for candidates located in the Greater Boston, MA area. Key responsibilities Increase market awareness and sales by generating new RFPs and enhancing account penetration Schedule meetings with new and existing accounts while maintaining and managing CRM activities Research accounts to identify new opportunities and provide updates to the business development team Required qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution Pre/inside sales experience or related experience involving communication with potential clients 1-2 years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) preferred Familiarity with the Greater Boston life sciences market and key stakeholders Strong ability to manage customer relationship databases
