Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Supportive Living Solutions, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting assessments with couples and families to provide tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitating sessions that may include individual, couple, and family therapy focused on relational dynamics.

• Addressing a variety of complex issues, such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, adjustment after separation or divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Developing personalized treatment plans to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions, adapting to client needs and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various challenges related to mental health. You will have the opportunity to support adult, child, and adolescent clients, engaging with families facing issues such as blended family dynamics, job stress, medical issues, and interpersonal conflicts, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective care.
