Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to identify needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches tailored to individual and family unique circumstances.

• Facilitating therapy sessions through various modalities, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, focusing on fostering healthy relationships and effective communication.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
