Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide crucial therapy services from the comfort of your own space while maintaining connections with clients through virtual platforms. You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule within a traditional workweek, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs and formulate appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions that address individual, couple, or family-specific issues, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Maryland is required.
