Qualifications\n

• A valid professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Oregon.

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Strong ability to build professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care.
