As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing customer metrics such as NPS, churn, and LTV, generating actionable insights that improve retention, strengthen customer loyalty, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The position will be developed under a flexible work model, with presence in our office.

Responsibilities may include the following and others that may be assigned:

• Consolidate and integrate customer data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Analyze customer behavior, the factors that drive satisfaction, and the root causes of attrition (churn) through quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Perform customer segmentation, correlation analysis, and feedback analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor and report key customer experience indicators (KPIs), including NPS, churn, retention, LTV, and resolution time.
• Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Manage and strengthen Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs, transforming customer feedback into measurable improvement opportunities.
• Convert complex data into clear business recommendations and impactful presentations for stakeholders.
• Support strategic decision-making by prioritizing initiatives based on their impact and feasibility.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and customer journey improvement initiatives to measure customer experience results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to drive customer-centric decisions through data analysis.

Knowledge and required experience

• Completed university degree.
• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) metrics, including NPS, CSAT, CES, churn, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and quantitative analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Experience with Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs, customer surveys, and feedback management tools.

Desirable qualifications

Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis and automation and knowledge of text analysis tools, sentiment analysis, and categorization of customer comments are desirable.
