This role offers substantial litigation exposure, including motion practice, depositions, court appearances, discovery management, and strategic case development. Responsibilities Manage employment litigation matters through all phases of litigation Conduct written discovery and discovery strategy Draft and argue motions Take and defend depositions Appear in state and federal court proceedings Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff Analyze legal issues and develop litigation strategies Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Support class action and representative action litigation Qualifications Associate Attorney 1-3 years of litigation experience Active Washington State Bar license Experience with motion practice, discovery, legal research, and court appearances preferred Attorney 5+ years of civil litigation experience Active Washington State Bar license Strong experience with: Discovery Motion practice Depositions Oral advocacy Court appearances Preferred Experience Class actions Complex litigation Competitive compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities Merit increases 401(k) Paid Time Off Professional development and continuing education support This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
