Full-service firm in Downtown Seattle looking to add an experienced employment litigator to their team. The firm represents both public and private clients in a wide range of employment matters. This is an opportunity to grow your career and join a well-established and reputable practice.Responsibilities Include:Handle a broad range of management-side employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenant, trade secret, and leave-related disputes.Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, administrative agency matters, and alternative dispute resolution.Draft and argue motions and oversee discovery strategy.Conduct workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, ethics violations, and related issues.Advise clients on employment agreements, severance packages, policy drafting, and employment law compliance.Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 with objective and subjective bonuses.
