We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support clients from our Draper, Utah location in a fast-paced Contract role. This position focuses on delivering responsive service, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and creating positive experiences across phone and email channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing several browser-based tools at once while helping customers troubleshoot service-related issues with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and email while providing timely, solution-focused support.
• Guide customers through account or service concerns and deliver clear updates to ensure a positive overall experience.
• Investigate connectivity-related problems and help users resolve issues by walking them through practical troubleshooting steps.
• Navigate multiple browser windows and internal systems efficiently to document interactions and access the information needed to assist customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, follow-up actions, and case details within support platforms.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams when issues require additional review or escalation to achieve prompt resolution.
• Promote strong customer relationships by communicating clearly, setting expectations, and following through on commitments.• Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
• Ability to manage customer interactions across phone and email with a courteous and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong customer success mindset with a focus on problem solving and service quality.
• Comfortable using multiple browser-based applications simultaneously during live customer interactions.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting connectivity problems and explaining solutions in simple terms.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask effectively, and perform well in a fast-moving support setting.
