IT Support Technician III

To support a growing cloud-focused IT services provider, the full-time IT Support Technician III will assist end users through remote sessions, manage escalated support tickets, and lead technical client interactions while working from home. Key responsibilities Act as a technical leader in client-facing calls and coordinate efforts between department leaders Ensure escalated tickets have a resolution plan and implement proactive solutions to avoid future client impact Manage internal and client systems improvements while collaborating on technical automation initiatives Required qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on help desk and customer support Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and common business technologies Experience with tools such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft 365 Ability to simplify complex technical solutions and convey them effectively to end users Dedicated working environment with a stable internet connection for remote work
