The Valet Parking Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Handling a range of vehicles from standard cars to luxury and large SUVs, this role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and ensuring the security and safety of vehicles at all times. The attendant operates within a small team environment, often during high-volume periods such as events and weekends, working various shifts including day, night, and overnight.

 

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive first and last impression.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas, prioritizing vehicle security.
• Maintain an organized parking area to maximize space and efficiency.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide facility or local area information as needed.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle locations and keys to ensure efficient vehicle retrieval.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to support smooth operations.
• Report incidents, accidents, or vehicle damages immediately to management.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety and security protocols.

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in costumer service or a similar role.
