Logistics$22-$25/hrSchedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMFully onsite in Glendale, AZRolling 18-month contract through Insight GlobalSupporting a fast-paced, greenfield manufacturing facility serving the data center industryLooking for experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, materials, or logistics operationsIn order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.OverviewWe are seeking an Inventory Clerk to support inventory and warehouse operations within a rapidly growing manufacturing facility. This individual will help maintain inventory accuracy, process transactions within inventory systems, coordinate material movement, and support daily warehouse activities to keep production running efficiently.ResponsibilitiesReceive and process incoming materials and inventoryEnter inventory transactions into ERP/WMS systemsCoordinate material flow between warehouse and production teamsSupport shipping and receiving operationsAssist with cycle counts and inventory auditsHelp resolve inventory discrepanciesMaintain inventory records, reports, and documentationRequirements2+ years of inventory, warehouse, materials, logistics, or shipping/receiving experienceExperience using an ERP, WMS, or xhyhwjd inventory management systemStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsPreferredSAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP experienceCycle count and inventory reconciliation experienceGreenfield or startup manufacturing experienceExcel reporting experience
