Full Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Collects payments and writes reciepts as needed
- Sort and Distribute mail
- Inventory office supplies
- Make Copies as needed
- Greet and direct all incoming persons to sign in
- Operate Telephone system
- Assist with onboarding process, including new hire follow-ups
- Prepare and complete new hire orientation
- Keep timely records of benefit enrollment and change
- Organize and maintain accurate employee files
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations and employment laws
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Human Resource & Recruiting experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and respect confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability and desire to work in a team orientated environment
- Previous experience working in a health care environment preferred
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel among company facilities
