Overview The role requires experience in general transactional tax work. The Tax group works closely with the firm’s corporate practice. The Tax group advises clients on a broad range of transactional tax matters, encompassing corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs, and other joint ventures; private equity transactions and fund formation; real estate transactions, real estate fund formation, and real estate investment trusts; venture capital transactions and fund formation; and financing and capital markets transactions. Posting details Goodwin seeks a highly qualified associate (J.D. Class 2022-2023) to join our Tax practice. Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in general transactional tax work.
