Temporary House Cleaner As a House Cleaner, you are responsible for ensuring that all types of residences within the community are neat, clean, free from clutter, and safe. House Cleaners spend their days interacting with residents while sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning residential kitchens, bathrooms, as well as public common areas, adhering to specific directions and schedules. Benefits & Working Hours Part‑Time: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm $21 per hour 401(k) with employer match Commuter reimbursement Opportunity for daily pay and tuition assistance Job Description Vacuum, dust, and clean residential living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms. Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition, including custodian closets. Assist with laundry when needed. Interact with residents in a courteous and safe manner. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Moderate to heavy physical effort 95% of the workday. Must be able to stoop, bend, stretch, squat, stand, and walk for up to eight hours per day. Must lift up to 35 lbs.; lifting over 35 lbs. requires assistance. May push/pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 200 lbs. Over long distances on tiled and carpeted surfaces. May be exposed to communicable diseases, industrial and household chemicals, offensive odors, and high heat levels. Qualifications Ability to understand basic instructions in English. Self‑directed and motivated. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
