Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission-Based | Average Earnings: $800–$1,000+ per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: On-Site (Not Remote)

Level Up Philly is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Customer Sales Representatives. No experience is required —we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you succeed from day one.
If you're coachable, driven, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to build valuable sales and communication skills while earning uncapped commission.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Educate customers on products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in daily training and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Must be able to work on-site (this is not a remote position ).
Compensation & Benefits
