Account Executive

Location: St. Petersburg, Florida (This is a hybrid role 3/week in office) About Us: vcita is a compact, quick-smart app that keeps you fully connected to your business, whenever and wherever you are working from. With vcita, you can track and perform all your daily tasks, from the "first hello" to the last invoice: Charge and collect payments, invite clients to book you online, create branded invoices and quotes, and send SMS appointment reminders - all in a few simple clicks, from one single app. vcita includes an online CRM to manage all client communications, online scheduling, online payments, email & SMS campaigns, lead-generating website widgets, and everything a small business needs to drive more business and provide excellent client service. Our teams are based in Bellevue, Washington, St. Petersburg, Florida, and Tel Aviv, Israel. Role Overview: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will develop strong relationships with potential clients, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how our SaaS solution can drive value with a focus on the closure of high-quality deals. Success in this role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: What you will get to do as part of this role is: Qualify prospects, showcase product value, and successfully close SaaS deals. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by executing the sales strategy and driving results. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and results in CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales performance. Coordinate seamless handoffs between Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth client journey. Actively participate in our endless efforts to improve our flow by providing feedback on lead quality and work processes. What We're Looking For: Passionate About Sales : Previous sales experience 1-3 years. Extra credit for SaaS sales experience. Driven : Looking for opportunities to grow within a startup company. Bias towards closing : You go into every sale ready to close the deal. Creative : Tailoring the right solution for a variety of small business owners. Tech-Savvy : You understand how SaaS technology works and have basic technical skills. Extra credit for strong familiarity with HubSpot.
