Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced AP Coordinator to join a highly respected, specialized commercial contractor based in Jacksonville. With stellar industry standing and a highly unique internal company culture with low turnover, this is your unique opportunity to join the team! We're looking for experience in a job cost environment, full-cycle AP experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in-office Monday-Friday for 40 hours per week.

salary: $49,000 - $52,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive invoices by US mail and email, review and upload them to the system & job folder
• Match invoices to the purchase order, ensure accurate pricing & code invoices
• Create new vendor accounts and update existing vendor accounts
• Researching and resolve any issues regarding invoices, pricing and/or purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors, project managers and internal team members and respond to questions in a timely manner
• Obtain approvals & process invoices for payment in a timely manner
• Misc. other AP, admin or accounting duties, tasks or projects as needed
