RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement: Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns Clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers Offer expert advice on energy‑efficient solutions, safety measures, and potential home upgrades Technical Proficiency: Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions Ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies Quality Workmanship: Maintain a commitment to excellence in every task Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work Use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs Leave workspaces clean and organized after completing jobs Problem‑Solving Skills: Analyze complex electrical problems and devise efficient solutions Adapt to unexpected challenges and troubleshoot effectively Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and respond promptly to emergency calls Professionalism: Maintain a neat and professional appearance Arrive on time for training, appointments, and efficiently complete tasks Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity Conduct oneself with courtesy, respect, and patience at all times Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing assistance and sharing knowledge Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last three years Proficient knowledge of Service Titan is preferred, but not required Excellent customer service Experience with sales and building electrical estimates preferred

SCHEDULE

Availability to work Monday–Friday anywhere between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM (or until daily tasks are complete)

SALARY

Performance pay plan Sign‑on bonus for Residential Wireman, Journeyman, and Master Electrician: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and an additional $1,000 after 6 months of employment
