Looking for a Production Associate to start right away in Philipsburg, PA! Training Provided! Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay: $15/hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Join a small, employee‑focused manufacturing team producing precision metal components used in telecommunications and medical equipment, including MRI systems. This hands‑on role involves fabricating and assembling metal pieces. You’ll work in an organized production environment where reliability and attention to detail are highly valued.

• Manufacture and assemble metal components used in frequency‑blocking honeycomb structures.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and prepare metal parts.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to meet strict size and shape specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and standards.
• Load and unload materials and finished products to support production flow.
• Lift and move materials up to 70 lbs throughout the shift using proper lifting techniques.
• Perform basic soldering tasks to join or repair metal components as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philipsburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
