Sales Development Manager

Leading and scaling the outbound SDR function across the EMEA region, the full-time SDR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing SDR team while driving predictable pipeline generation, all within a fully remote work environment in Spain. Key responsibilities Partner with Recruiting to attract, hire, and onboard top SDR talent, developing structured onboarding and career progression plans Lead and coach the SDR team to exceed pipeline generation targets through regular performance reviews and development sessions Own the outbound prospecting strategy, creating training programs and optimizing processes for improved performance Required qualifications 2+ years of experience managing an outbound SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and proven ability to build predictable outbound pipelines Experience in coaching SDRs and creating effective onboarding and training programs Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and ability to leverage data for performance optimization Expertise in developing outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling and email outreach
