Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, as our Physical Therapists will provide therapy in the comfort of patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic care as per individualized care plans developed in coordination with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate needs and collaborate in the development and implementation of effective treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions onsite at patients' homes, adapting techniques to achieve desired outcomes consistent with the physician's directives.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and equipment, aiming to empower them to continue progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Manage your caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Engage with patients to build trusting relationships, ensuring they feel supported and motivated in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including both adults and children dealing with a variety of physical therapy needs—ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to developmental physical conditions. Qualifications

• A valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Preferred Experience

• While no prior experience is required for this position, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to patient care will be highly valued.
• Experience in home health care or outpatient settings is a plus, providing familiarity with the unique dynamics of delivering care in patients' homes.

Compensation and Benefits
