Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in school settings or with K-12 students is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to professional integrity and advocating for student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy for students across the K-12 age range
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and monitor progress
• Consult and work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational teams
