Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, adjusted to each client’s requirements, ensuring therapy is relatable and accessible.

• Administer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing urgent mental health emergencies, offering immediate assistance to stabilize and guide them towards further care if necessary.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records as per ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, to facilitate continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, ensuring integrated care that meets all client needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment plan objectives, and available community resources while advocating for their rights to ensure comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including those facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your approach will be client-centered, encouraging engagement and trust, while providing a safe space for each individual or group to express their thoughts and feelings freely.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a valid professional license to practice in the state of New Jersey.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field with a strong foundation in clinical practice.

• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, ensuring comprehensive understanding of client needs.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
