The United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO) seeks a Director, Compensation, Benefits & HRIS to lead total rewards programs and HR systems from our Arlington, VA campus. This role provides strategic direction, oversees merit and market analyses, and ensures regulatory compliance while guiding a diverse workforce in a mission-driven nonprofit. You will manage benefits strategies, HRIS governance, and staff supervision, partnering with leaders across the organization to optimize compensation and #J-18808-Ljbffr United Service Organizations, Inc.
