What You’ll Do: • Lead global compensation strategy including base pay, incentives and recognition programs • Design and manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, long-term incentives) • Develop salary structures, job architecture and market pricing frameworks • Provide strategic guidance to HRBPs and leaders on offers, promotions and retention • Lead benefits strategy, vendor management and cost optimization initiatives • Manage RFPs, broker relationships and benefits program performance • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, etc.) • Build analytics, dashboards and models to inform workforce and rewards decisions • Partner with Finance, HRIS and Talent Acquisition on planning and execution • Lead and develop a high-performing total rewards team

What You’ll Bring: • 1+ years compensation experience; 5+ years benefits experience • Strong expertise in compensation design, modeling and job architecture • Experience managing benefits programs, vendors and RFP processes • Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; Power BI preferred • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state compensation regulations • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategy • Bachelor’s degree required; CCP, CEBS or similar certification preferred

Pay Range:

160,356.00 - 200,445.00
