About the Job
- Lead the organization's Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Drive modernization and transformation of operations, processes, and systems.
- Manage comprehensive benefits and retirement programs, ensuring compliance and an exceptional employee experience.
- Oversee compensation programs and annual compensation planning.
- Partner across teams and with executive leadership to align rewards programs with organizational goals.
- Lead HRIS and People Systems strategy, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and system controls.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
About You
- Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications are a plus.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, benefits administration, retirement plans, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Hands on experience in building and/or revamping benefits and retirement plans.
- Strategic and tactical leader with strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
Details of the Role
- Hybrid schedule with at least two days per week in the Washington, DC office.
- Salary range: $190,000-$230,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
- Reports to the SVP and partners closely with leadership across the organization.
- Manage a collaborative team.
