Requirements BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire. Current RN licensure required. Must have 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience. CNOR certification a plus. The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus to be paid over 12 months. Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05. This payment range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range will be offered to a successful candidate based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
