Saw Operator/Grinder Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:00pm )

• Operate production equipment to manufacture high-quality aluminum castings while following safety and quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts, remove excess material, and perform basic finishing and grinding as needed.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process using proper equipment and techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals and customer specifications.

Saw Operator/Grinder Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, foundry, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality standards. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work overtime as needed.

High school diploma or GED preferred. Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
