Work Environment

The work setting is predominantly home care, offering the unique opportunity to work directly in patients' residences, which allows for a more personalized treatment approach. You will typically work a standard 40-hour week with some variable weekend shifts as needed. The role is substantially hands-on, requiring travel within the Freehold area and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement treatment interventions, continuously re-evaluating patient progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Document treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with legal and professional standards, ensuring efficient submission of service charges.
• Engage in collaborative communication with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and referral sources, to promote a cohesive treatment approach.
• Provide consultations and recommendations to other healthcare providers, enhancing a patient's continuum of care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and support the development of programs within the clinic.
• Train and supervise physical therapy aides and students, facilitating a supportive learning environment.
• Stay current with industry standards through continuous education, attending workshops, and participating in staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this Full-Time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
