Senior Assurance Manager Location: St. Louis, MO Employment Type: Full-Time We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing strong, sustained growth and seeking a Senior Assurance Manager to join their St. Louis team. What You'll Do Lead and oversee multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements Review workpapers and deliverables to ensure compliance with professional standards Serve as a senior advisor and primary relationship owner for key clients Mentor and develop managers, supervisors, and senior staff Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and leading proposals Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and overall execution Provide technical leadership and resolve complex accounting and audit issues What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA required 8+ years of public accounting assurance experience Proven experience leading large engagements and managing teams Strong technical expertise in GAAP and auditing standards Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills Why This Opportunity Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO + paid holidays Flexible work environment + summer Fridays Clear path to Partner within a growing firm #J-18808-Ljbffr Wertz & Associates
