Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Establishing positive and trusting rapport with clients, facilitating an open environment conducive to healing.

• Thoroughly diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders through evidence-based practices.

• Designing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, ensuring their personal goals are integrated into the therapeutic process.

• Conducting regular counseling sessions with clients, employing various therapeutic modalities to address their issues effectively.

• Monitoring patient progress through ongoing assessments, appropriately adjusting treatment plans as necessary to better meet clients’ evolving needs.

• Making referrals to additional specialists when required, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client’s wellbeing.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a mandatory requirement.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills that enable you to prioritize a diverse caseload while maintaining compliance with administrative responsibilities.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in outpatient or community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
