Welder/Fabricator – Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunity Location: Twinsburg Ohio Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Pay: $22.00/hr. - $27.00/hr.About the Position We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, fitting, and welding metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and production requirements. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining safety standards.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersPerform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metalsFabricate, fit, and assemble metal components and structuresOperate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, and cutting toolsMeasure, cut, and prepare materials according to specificationsInspect completed welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlinesFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualificationsPrevious welding and fabrication experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squaresKnowledge of welding symbols and fabrication techniquesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsWelding certifications are a plusExperience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steelForklift or overhead crane experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchOvertime opportunitiesCareer advancement and skill development opportunitiesIf you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
