About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Analytics to spearhead its advanced and media analytics functions. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the media landscape, including various digital and offline channels. This role demands a proven track record in leveraging data to drive business growth, as well as the ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts. The VP of Analytics will be responsible for developing and executing the company's analytics strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, and championing a data-driven culture. They will also oversee media analytics, web analytics, and advanced analytics and modeling, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Applicants for the Vice President of Analytics position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 12 years of experience in analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience in the media industry and expertise in various media and digital channels are essential. The role requires a strong background in test design, statistical analysis, and proficiency in web analytics and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team. Responsibilities also include cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and staying abreast of new analytics technologies to enhance the company's capabilities.
