Regional Manager

To support a growing team, the remote Regional Manager - Prenatal, NY/CT will build and lead a high-impact sales team focused on delivering innovative prenatal diagnostics to OBGYN clinics and private practices throughout the New York and Connecticut areas. Key responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy to grow market development in the New York/Connecticut region Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to execute sales strategies and enhance profitability Utilize data to analyze sales results, identify industry trends, and optimize sales volume within the territory Required qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or genetics, specifically in Women's Health or Prenatal Diagnostics Proven track record of hiring, developing, and motivating a successful sales team Prior experience in lab diagnostics is required Strong negotiation, closing, and data analysis skills with a successful sales history Ability to assess the needs of OBGYNs and MFMs with a consultative sales approach
