A premier Philadelphia-based firm with a cornerstone Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice - consistently recognized for its work in complex insolvency matters - is growing its team and seeking a Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. This is an in-office position supporting a high-caliber practice that represents a broad range of creditor-side clients across commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation. The Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney will work closely with secured lenders, creditors, trustees, and other stakeholders, handling matters spanning workouts, foreclosure litigation, receiverships, preference litigation, and fraudulent transfer actions, with a particular emphasis on Pennsylvania creditors' rights.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
• 2+ years of experience in creditors' rights matters, including bankruptcy, workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, and judgment enforcement
• Experience representing secured lenders, creditors, trustees, or other stakeholders in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings
• Familiarity with commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation

Responsibilities

• Represent secured lenders, creditors, trustees, and other stakeholders in commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings
• Handle workout negotiations and restructuring matters on behalf of creditor-side clients
• Manage foreclosure litigation and receivership proceedings
• Litigate preference and fraudulent transfer actions
• Advise clients on creditors' rights matters, including judgment enforcement under Pennsylvania law
