Associate Attorney

We will provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role in our tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. *Responsibilities:* * Represent clients in court, motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings. * Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research. * Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents. * Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers. * Participate in firm growth and business development activities. *Qualifications:* * J.D. from an accredited law school. * Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar * Minimum of 1 year of as a practicing attorney. * Reliable Transportation * Proven experience in *criminal law.* * Exceptional litigation skills with the ability to manage a high caseload. * Excellent court presence and professional demeanor. * Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. * Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. *What We Offer:* * A competitive compensation package. * Fully remote work setting. * Unlimited paid time off. * Opportunities for professional development and advancement. * A collaborative, supportive, and respectful work environment..
