Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose both acute and chronic health issues, utilizing advanced skills to offer tailored medical attention.
• Design personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific health goals and requirements, ensuring their care pathway is effective and efficient.
• Prescribe necessary medications and therapies while ordering diagnostics, utilizing the latest medical technologies to support patient health outcomes.
• Educate patients on preventative health strategies, chronic disease management, and lifestyle adjustments, fostering a collaborative relationship that encourages patient participation in their health care.

Qualifications

• A current certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
