This full-time role allows you to provide outpatient therapy services remotely, offering you the flexibility to create your optimal working environment. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, which gives you the opportunity to create a flexible schedule that accommodates your personal needs while meeting our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients addressing a wide array of behavioral health issues, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gauge clients' mental health status and effectively collaborate with them to establish and monitor personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including case managers and psychiatrists—to deliver holistic care that addresses the various needs of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during critical times.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, building connections with other healthcare providers to enhance the continuum of care.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active Maryland LMFT license, or be eligible for licensure in Maryland.

• Proficient in providing therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families utilizing a range of methods, especially Family Systems Therapy and evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT.

• Skilled at building rapport and establishing a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients.

• Demonstrated competency in managing a caseload efficiently while meeting documentation standards and deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and experience with telehealth practices is highly advantageous.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with competitive incentives.
