6Job Summar

yWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support multi-state U.S. payroll operations and assist with international payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance regulations, and exposure to payroll accounting activities including journal entries and reconciliations.Key Responsibilitie

sPayroll Processin

• gProcess multi-state U.S. payroll using outsourced payroll system
• sEnter and verify employee personnel changes in HR/Payroll system
• sMaintain payroll earnings and deduction code
• sReview time and attendance records for non-exempt employee
• sProcess exempt and non-exempt payrolls according to payroll schedule
• sHandle bonus payrolls and special payroll processin
• gPrepare manual payroll checks when require
• dProcess payroll garnishments and deduction
• sUpload 401(k) withholdings and support ESPP payroll activitie
• sReview year-end W-2 statement

sPayroll Accounting & Complianc

• ePrepare payroll-related journal entrie
• sReconcile payroll-related balance sheet account
• sSupport payroll tax registrations and tax notice
• sRespond to payroll tax correspondenc
• eCoordinate SOX compliance activities related to payrol
• lAssist with quarterly and annual external audit request
• sFile workers' compensation report

sInternational Payroll Suppor

• tAssist in coordinating payroll activities for international subsidiarie
• sSupport compensation and tax adjustments related to stock option exercise

sRequired Qualification

• s5+ years of payroll processing experienc
• eStrong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulation
• sExperience with multi-state payroll processin
• gExposure to general ledger and journal entrie
• sProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Wor
• dFamiliarity with ERP and HR/Payroll system
• sStrong communication and organizational skill
• sAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information securel

yPreferred Qualification

• sExperience supporting international payroll operation
• sExperience working in a public company environmen
• tSOX compliance and audit support experienc
• eBachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma with relevant experience accepte
